Peer Mentoring
Peer Mentoring
ILRCSF’s Peer Mentoring Program connects individuals with disabilities to mentors who have shared experiences and can provide guidance, support, and practical advice. This program fosters a supportive community where participants can learn from each other, share resources, and develop strategies for independent living. Mentors help mentees set and achieve personal goals, navigate challenges, and build self-advocacy skills. Through one-on-one sessions and group activities, the Peer Mentoring Program promotes personal growth, empowerment, and a sense of belonging.
For more information on these programs and how to get involved, please contact Brianna Sendziak at Brianna@ilrcsf.org.
