Education and Advocacy
Education and Advocacy
The Education and Advocacy Program at the Independent Living Resource Center of San Francisco (ILRCSF) empowers individuals with disabilities by providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to advocate for their rights and access necessary services. Participants in this program will gain a deeper understanding of disability rights, learn effective advocacy strategies, and become more confident in navigating various systems, including healthcare, education, and housing. The program is designed to be consumer-driven, ensuring that it meets the specific needs and goals of each participant through personalized support and group workshops.
For more information on these programs and how to get involved, please contact Brianna Sendziak at Brianna@ilrcsf.org.
