Monday Motivation Circle

11:00 am - 12:30 pm

A Weekly Virtual Body Doubling Session

Need a little support getting started on your to-do list? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to do it alone, either.

What’s Body Doubling?

Body doubling is a strategy where people work on tasks alongside others—virtually or in person—to help with focus, motivation, and follow-through.

It’s especially helpful for folks who are neurodivergent, live with chronic pain or fatigue, struggle with executive functioning, or just find it easier to get things done with a little company.

Who is it for?

Anyone! This space is open to all ILRCSF consumers, whether you’re trying to power through a task or just want gentle support while you do your thing.

Use the time to do things like:

  • Clean or organize
  • Pay bills or fill out paperwork
  • Make phone calls
  • Make art or write
  • Do homework
  • Or tackle anything that feels easier with community support

How it works:

Check-in: Share how you’re doing & what you want to work on
Focus Time: We all work quietly on our own tasks
Check-out: Reflect on what you accomplished (or how it felt to try!)

No pressure. Just structure, encouragement, and connection.

RSVP to receive the Zoom link, email Brianna Sendziak at brianna@ilrcsf.org with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Any accessibility needs

If you haven’t completed an intake with ILRCSF previously, a staff member will reach out for a brief intake (required by our funders). Once completed, you’ll receive an email with the Zoom login information.
