Join us for a live webinar:
This webinar will explain your rights when seeking access to hospital care in California during the COVID-19 public health emergency. You will learn about your right to access care and treatment without being discriminated against based on your age, race, disability, weight/size, or other protected characteristics. You will also learn about your rights if California hospitals do not have enough beds and supplies to help everyone who needs it due to an increase in COVID-19 cases. This webinar will also provide information on how to advocate for yourself if needed, including if you require a support person or wish to appeal a decision about your care or treatment during COVID-19.
