HEALTH CARE FORUM

Are seniors and people with disabilities coming to you confused about what health care reform will mean to them? There are a lot of changes ahead and many people do not understand how they will be affected.  Case managers, advocates, community leaders and others have a role to play in making sure people get good, clear information to make informed choices.

Please come to an informational policy forum and town hall hosted by Assembly Member Tom Ammiano to learn what healthcare reform does, and does not do, for our communities.
